COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT:

Acceptable/ Unacceptable rights of the digital files:

The term "end product" is a physical product such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers, journals, etc. which are produced and created by you.

You CAN use these files and create UNLIMITED end products for personal use.

You CAN use these files and create LIMITED end products for commercial use. LIMITED use is restricted to 500 copies per design purchased.

Uploading to print-on-demand websites such as Merch by Amazon, Zazzle, Redbubble, Cafepress, etc. is strictly prohibited.

You CAN change the color.

You CANNOT resell any of the digital media that you receive.

You CANNOT post or share the files on any 3rd party website UNLESS it's through a production partner like the ones stated above.

You CANNOT distribute the files in a way that would result in someone else using them even for personal use.

You CANNOT modify/alter the design for the purpose of reselling it.

You CANNOT remove a portion of the design to use for re-sale.

You CANNOT create stencils as an end product for commercial use or anything similar to this effect. You CAN however, create a stencil which is used by only you.

You CANNOT convert the files to embroidery and sell them. You CAN however, convert them and use them for your own personal use or sell items that you've made with the files.

You CANNOT add these files to a POD marketplace.
